Q. Airport Meeting Point.

We offer two options for airport service.

Baggage Claim Meet & Greet

The driver will arrive at baggage claim holding a sign with the client’s name. This service is an additional $15.00.

Curb Side.

The driver will pick you up at curbside outside of the baggage claim area. Please call (813)606-0236 as soon as you claim your luggage and your driver will meet you promptly. This is fastest and easiest option for client.

Tampa Airport pick- up's, please make your way to the curbside pick-up zone at the front of the terminals and wait for your driver. On arrival, your driver will Text or call you to confirm pickup location outside the terminal. Fare includes complimentary wait time of 30 minutes (Domestic Flights) and 45 minutes (International Flights) from the time your driver is scheduled to meet you. For Tampa pick up's, your driver will Text or call you on arrival. Your fare includes complimentary wait time of 15 minutes.

We do not charge for flight delays but will charge a reasonable fee should their wait time exceed the above complimentary periods.

If you are unable to locate your driver at pick up point, first call the driver on their contact number provided or Dispatch on (813)606-0236. If you leave the pick-up address without attempting to make contact, we will deem the service a ‘No Show’ and a full cancellation charge will apply.

Q. Is it safe to give my credit card details online?

A. All transactions with Executive City Car Service take place on a secure server using SSL encryption technology to ensure your personal and payment details are protected. To verify that you are shopping in a secure environment, a padlock will appear in your browser.

Q. Can I pay for someone else's booking using my credit card?

A. For credit card not present transaction you need to send us credit card charge authorization with clear images of both sides of your credit card. Click here to print the charge authorization form.

Q. When will my credit card be charged?

A. Your credit card will be charged after the service is completed. *NOTE Prior to service, authorization hold will be placed on your credit card account for slightly more of the estimated cost of your reservation. Authorization hold request is a test to confirm that your credit card is valid and has available funds to accommodate the cost of your reservation. If you choose to pay cash, we will not charge your credit card and the authorization hold will be cancelled, thus rendering the balance available again. Holds may last as long as 30 days, depending on policy of the credit card issuing bank.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. You may cancel your reservation by calling us two hours before pickup time without a charge. Email cancelation notification requires 4 hours advance notice. Cancellation of Executive Van reservation requires 24 hours advance notice. Failure to follow the cancellation guideline will result in late cancellation charge to your credit card. Late cancellation charge may equal the reservation cost. Our telephone numbers are (813)606-0236.

Q. How long does it take to clear passport control at Tampa Airport?

A. It takes around 30 minutes to clear passport control. However, the wait time vary considerably by airport, terminal, time of year, weekday and time of day. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency monitor the processing times (wait time) at the busiest international airports and publish their data on their website. The data collected from 2008 shows the average time it takes to clear passport control in each hour. Q. Are you charging extra if my flight will be delayed?

A. We don’t charge extra if your flight arrival time will change. We are monitoring all flights for arrival time change and we will update your reservation pickup time accordingly.

Q. Do you charge extra for airport meet & greet?

Q. When does waiting time charge apply for pickup at the airport?

A. We rarely charge for waiting time at the airport, because most passengers are leaving the airport within 45 minutes and our airport pickup rates include complimentary waiting time, 45 minutes for international arrival and 30 for domestic arrival. The complimentary waiting time starts when your flight land. Waiting time charge starts after the complimentary waiting time end. The waiting time rate is equal to vehicle hourly rate and is charge by 15 minutes increments.

Q. I anticipate delay clearing passport control or customs and I want to avoid paying waiting time. May I request that the complimentary waiting time will start later then my flight arrival time?

A. Yes, you may request that your driver will get to the airport after the flight arrival time. For passengers arriving on International flight, we recommend that the driver will get to the airport 30 minutes after the flight land. The complimentary waiting time will start 30 minutes after the flight land.

Q. Can you provide child safety seats?

A. Yes we can provide child safety seats or booster seat. *NOTE reservation with child safety seats requests must be booked 12 hours in advance.
